As a family-owned manufacturer, we take pride in the quality of our handmade outdoor furniture. Our warranty reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Frame Warranty

Lynkris furniture grade pvc frames are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers structural failures under normal use conditions.

Fabric & Sling Warranty

Sling and fabric materials are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Fading due to normal sun exposure is not covered under this warranty.

Cushion Warranty

Cushions are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Cushion covers and foam are subject to normal wear and are not covered for fading or compression from regular use.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, improper assembly, or modifications.
